I’m not particularly fond of drag but this production is better than many I’ve seen. Keiron Legacy and Lilly Slaptsilli’s chemistry and comedic gifts make it worthwhile. The show is made up of riffs on familiar ditties enlivened with raunchy comedy and glam costumes and linked by a throwaway culinary theme. The humour is risqu?nd prudes should beware top.

Karthik of Chettinad Vidhyashram and Aishwarya of Bhavan’s Rajaji Vidhyashram found questions in Mathematics and Chemistry easier than those in Physics. Good Shepherd student Tina who took the test at Maharishi Vidya Mandir centre in Chetpet said she found the Chemistry section tough. AIMS Education director Gita Prabhu said the feedback she had received was that the Physics paper was tough. A reading of previous years’ AIEEE papers would have given students an idea about what to expect she said.

The Top 10 films of the year

Vipul Shah * Akshay Kumar Katrina Kaif Rishi Kapoor Upen Patel) Why: There was nothing really new about the story but what worked for the film was how it all unfolded from Punjab to London. Plus the screen chemistry of the best-looking pair in Bollywood (yes Akki-Kats) and Rishi Kapoor’s rugby skills. Wow moment: In a flash-forward sequence Akshay and Katrina wonder how it would be if they were to meet years later as long-lost friends.
