Elward earns utstanding Chemistry Major Award
College Misericordia
Misericordia University recently recognized the academic accomplishments of Jennifer M. Elward of Wilkes-Barre by presenting her the American Chemical Society utstanding Graduating Chemistry Major Award during the institution?s annual Honors Awards Banquet at the Banks Student Life Center. Elward the daughter of Mr. Michael Elward graduated cum laude May 16th with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry. The award is presented by the Susquehanna Valley Section of the American Chemical Society and awarded to the graduating student who has shown excellence in scholarship and academics as selected by chemistry faculty. In the fall Elward will begin working toward her doctoral degree in physical chemistry and biochemistry at Temple University.
